Wizards of the Coast announced recently that they will not be renewing the Star Wars license from LucasArts when it comes up for renewal in May. I hope this means that other companies might have a shot at giving the Star Wars RPG the treatment it deserves.

I wonder what this means for Star Wars Galaxies?

I saw The Clone Wars with michelle427 yesterday, and I genuinely enjoyed it. In fact, I enjoyed it more than the prequels. Does it compare to the original trilogy? Of course not. Just finished watching season one of The Tudors on DVD. It was a pretty good show. The costumes, of course, were gorgeous. King Henry had one which I fell in love with. The first session of tommyomega's Star Wars game was last night, and I must admit it went better than I expected. After discussing things over with tommyomega, we decided that he will be running the Star Wars game after all. It's for the best, I think: I know I won't have a lot of free time once the summer quarter begins, and I would rather bow out now than get a game started only to have to drop it like I did with the Age of Worms. He's a better GM than I am, anyways
